Assets Delivery definition

Assets Delivery means the Transferors’ completion of all Delivery Actions in respect to the transfer and handing over of the Target Assets and related materials in accordance with Article 3.2 of this Agreement.

Examples of Assets Delivery in a sentence

  • In accordance with Clause 3.1, the Trust Assets shall be delivered by the Lessor to the Lessee by the delivery of a Trust Assets Delivery Notice to the Lessee.
