Asset Threshold Value definition
Asset Threshold Value means an amount equal to 80% of the aggregate book value of all assets of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, on December 31, 2011, as reflected in the Audited Financial Statements. No disposition (or series of dispositions) shall be permitted if, following such disposition or series of dispositions, the aggregate book value of all assets of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, would be less than the Asset Threshold Value.
