Asset Price definition

Asset Price means the greater of: the amount received by the Company in connection with an asset sale (as appropriately adjusted for any partial sale) determined on a per share basis or the closing price (in Pounds Sterling) of a Company ordinary share as reported on the London Stock Exchange on the day prior to the “change in control” (as such term is defined under section 280G of the Code).
