Asset Management Software definition

Asset Management Software means all software programs and programming (and all modifications, replacements, Upgrades, enhancements, documentation, materials and media related thereto) that are used to record, track and report information required to manage asset inventories to the extent a Party has financial or operational responsibility for such programs or programming under Schedule J.1. Asset Management Software shall include all such programs or programming in use as of the Effective Date, (i) that are set forth in Schedule A, or (ii) as to which Supplier received reasonable notice and/or reasonable access prior to the Effective Date. Asset Management Software also shall include all such programs or programming selected on or after the Effective Date to the extent a Party has financial or operational responsibility for such programs or programming under Schedule J.1.
