Asset Fund definition

Asset Fund means the assets of the Plan held by the Plan Administrator, consisting of Participant Contributions, Company Contributions, the Shares and any dividends, interest, or gains derived therefrom, as more fully set out in Section 6.
Asset Fund means the assets of the Plan held by the Administrator, as described in this Plan, consisting of the Participant Contributions, the Shares (other than the Non-Vested Shares) and the income derived therefrom, the whole as more fully set out at paragraph 7.1.
Asset Fund means an Investment Fund with the exception of the With-Profits Fund (Option 1), the High Equity With-Profits Fund, the Deferred Annuity Funds, the Security Plus Fund – The 97.5% Option, the Security Plus Fund – The 100% Option, the Deposit Administration Fund, and any other Fund established under Condition 5 which is declared by Scottish Equitable not to be an Asset Fund.
