Asset EBIDT definition
Asset EBIDT means, for any asset for any period, the net income (or loss) attributable to the operation of such asset for such period plus the sum of interest expense, depreciation and amortization expense and provision for income taxes to the extent deducted in computing such net income (or loss).
Asset EBIDT has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(e).
