Asset-Based Orders definition
Asset-Based Orders means, solely to the extent relating to property of a Fund shareholder in a Fund account or property in a Fund shareholder account, all orders of attachment, restraining notices, temporary restraining orders, orders to show cause, writs of attachment, forfeiture orders, garnishments, levies, executions, and judgments, and all other orders for the restraint or seizure assets by the government or civil litigants.
