Assessment Time definition
Assessment Time means the time allowed to review the nature of the problem and to determine the best resolution including any temporary resolutions to de- escalate the impact to the business as set out in paragraph 2.1.3.
Assessment Time means, with respect to a Terminated Target, the later of: (a) [***], provided that, if, prior to the date on which such Collaboration Target became a Terminated Target, the Research Term with respect to such Collaboration Program was extended pursuant to Section 2.4, this clause (b) shall be extended to the date that is the [***] of the Effective Date.
