Assessment Documents means: the Provider’s data management policies; contracts between the Provider and the Consumer for the delivery of the Product; any other relevant supporting documents of the Provider that NFF may specify from time to time; and a completed statutory declaration form confirming the validity of the above documents;

  • The Provider warrants that the information in the Assessment Documents is true, accurate and current to the best of its knowledge, and it has taken reasonable steps to ensure the truth and accuracy of the information.
