Assertion Issues definition
Assertion Issues means that a first Patent is used or may reasonably be used in a legal proceeding to invalidate or render unenforceable a second Patent under 35 U.S.C. Secs. 101-103 or the equivalent under the laws and regulations applicable to a foreign Patent.
