Assembly Technology definition

Assembly Technology means the technology used to assemble Die into finished goods.

  • Alien shall be free to use any Developed Assembly Technology and Developed Circuits or any other improved Assembly Technology and Developed Circuits arising from development projects or developed independently from a SOW to design, manufacture and assemble Alien products wherever manufactured.

  • Such acquisition may not cause the aggregate consideration paid by all Covered Persons for acquisitions (other than the acquisition by German Borrower, Assembly Technology & Test, Inc.

  • In the event any such engineering change for Assembly and Test Services agreed by the Parties requires additional charges, Assembly Technology, Test Technology, process steps or other significant change in the materials or assembly and test process of AM Products for which FSL performs Assembly and Test Services hereunder, the Parties will negotiate in good faith and agree to the allocation of such additional charges.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, Know-How, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno- associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Technology means all the software, prototypes, devices, drawings, specifications, lab notebooks, manuals, databases, equipment, files, technical memoranda, invention disclosures, patent application files, research studies, testing data, plans, files, formulas, computer programs, data and information, quality control records and procedures, research and development files containing, embodying or revealing the trade secrets, confidential information, and know-how that constitute Intellectual Property.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.
