Assembly Period definition
Assembly Period means with respect to each Item of Equipment, the period which begins on the first Funding Date related to such Item of Equipment and ends on the earlier of (i) the date of issuance of a Completion Certificate with respect to such Item of Equipment and (ii) the Basic Term Commencement Date.
Examples of Assembly Period in a sentence
Nothing contained in this Section 28.5 shall be deemed to extend the Assembly Period.
