CASI Materials definition
CASI Materials means all chemical, biological or physical materials that developed or created by or on behalf of CASI or any of its Affiliates under this Agreement during the Term and that are necessary or useful in the Development, manufacture, use or Commercialization of the Licensed Product. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CASI Materials do not include any Material that is Joint Technology.
