Assembler 1 means an employee engaged in or in connection with the manufacturing or assembling of electronic componentry, instruments, equipment or systems, or on any repetitive hand processes in connection therewith and who conducts limited testing, aligning and fault finding which does not require the skill of servicepeople and above.
