Assay Data definition

Assay Data any data generated pursuant to analyses of the Samples or other Materials (including but without limitation any data variables derived from the analysis of combination(s) of any Data or Assay Data), irrespective of whether such Assay Data is generated (a) by or on behalf of UK Biobank (in which case it is UK Biobank Assay Data) (b) by the Applicant or (c) other third party. Collaborator: the Collaborating Institution.
Assay Data means all data (including both positive and negative data) and Databases arising from CACHE’s experimental testing of Challenge Compounds, including without limitation summary and primary data on protein binding affinitiy (e.g., via surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy and/or such other orthogonal techniques as may be appropriate in the circumstances, such as isothermal calorimetry), as well as on other characteristics as may be relevant (as determined by CACHE in its discretion) to the particular CACHE Challenge, for example selectivity, solubility, lipophilicity, etc.
Assay Data and "Formatted SNP Data" means the raw data produced by Orchid's performance of the Genotyping Services, including SNP conversion data and Genotyping results. Assay Data does not include any data derived from the one million genotypes used for Formatting ("Formatted SNP Data"), other than whether the SNP passed or failed. Information pertaining to these one million genotypes will be available upon request from the JSC..

More Definitions of Assay Data

Assay Data means the genotypes, haplotypes and related data generated by Genaissance from WSU patient samples as set forth in the “Proposal for Xxxxx State University in response to RFP - Genotyping” and dated January 9, 2003 (hereinafter “The Response”). Client shall mean WSU. Genaissance shall mean Genaissance Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Services shall mean all genotyping and other services to be performed by Genaissance for Client as set forth in The Response.
Assay Data means all CUSTOMER assay or research plans, methods, objectives, results or analyses, DNA sequences, polymorphisms, genes, experimental protocols, genotyping results and other information relating to CUSTOMER's use of the System.
Assay Data means the drill hole assay data upon which the Feasibility Study is based;
Assay Data shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.3.

Related to Assay Data

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I. Gravity, Reid vapor pressure, composition, pour point, water and sediment content, sulfur content, viscosity, distillation, hydrogen sulfide, flash/boiling point and other characteristics as may be required by Carrier.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Data means all results, technical information and materials developed and/or obtained in the performance of the Services hereunder, including but not limited to all reports, survey and evaluation tools, surveys and evaluations, plans, charts, recordings (video and/or sound), pictures, curricula, electronically prepared presentations, public awareness or prevention campaign materials, drawings, analyses, graphic representations, computer programs and printouts, notes and memoranda, and documents, whether finished or unfinished, which result from or are prepared in connection with the Services performed hereunder.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Clinical Data means the information concerning the safety or performance that is generated from the use of a device and that are sourced from the following:

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Samples mean representative physical examples of materials, equipment or workmanship, used to confirm compliance with requirements and/or to establish standards for use in execution of the Work.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Project Data means all proprietary data of the Project generated out of the Project operations and transactions, documents and related information including but not restricted to user data which the Bidder obtains, possesses or processes in the context of providing the Services to the users pursuant to this RFP including the SLA;

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.
