Examples of ASPP in a sentence

  • Participation in the ASPP will terminate effective with the Separation Date.

  • As of and after the Effective Time, LE Benefit Plans shall not include the LE Retiree Program (as discussed in Section 7.6), the SHC ASPP (as discussed in Section 7.3) and the SHC incentive plans (as discussed in Section 7.4).

  • The LE Entities will have no Liability with respect to the SHC ASPP for any LE Personnel, except as required by Law.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan means a plan that grants Purchase Rights intended to be options issued under an “employee stock purchase plan,” as that term is defined in Section 423(b) of the Code.
