Aspects definition

Aspects shall have the meaning set out in Section 3.1 hereof; “Board” means the board of directors of the Company;
Aspects means those processes, products and activities over which an entity has control and that can or has the potential to positively or negatively interact with the environment.
Aspects of the Products include, but are not limited to modules, learning outcomes, lecturers, names of the courses and specialization routes.
