ASP Transaction definition

ASP Transaction means a matched trade between two parties (regardless of the size of the trade) which is matched by CME in the context of providing ASP Services to an ASP Customer. For example, (a) a scenario where A sells 10 securities to B constitutes a single ASP Transaction and (b) a scenario where A sells 20 securities, B buys 5 of these securities and C buys 15 of these securities, constitutes two ASP Transactions.

Examples of ASP Transaction in a sentence

  • ASP will be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, tariffs and charges of any kind whatsoever imposed by any governmental entity, domestic or foreign, arising from any income generated by reason of any ASP Transaction.

  • ASP's Board of Directors (i) has determined that the issuance and sale of the ASP Warrant hereunder, and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and by the other ASP Transaction Documents (including without limitation the issuance of the ASP Warrant Shares upon exercise of the ASP Warrant) are in the best interests of ASP and (ii) has unanimously approved the issuance of the ASP Warrant hereunder, and the consummation of such transactions.

  • For each ASP Transaction matched by CME using the NSC System, CME shall pay to EURONEXT *****.

  • Interest shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date to the Holders of record at the close of business on June 21 and December 22 prior to each Interest Payment Date.

  • Fortive intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund its acquisition activities, including acquisitions, if any, that may be consummated in 2018 or the ASP Transaction.
