ASO Account definition
ASO Account means a benefit plan of a self-insured employer or group for which Blue Shield or Health Plan, as the case may be, agrees to provide a network of providers and is responsible for all or part of the administration of the applicable Plan Document.
ASO Account means an entity that sponsors a self-insured Group Health Plan for which Highmark or Health Plan, as the case may be, agrees to provide a network of Professional Providers and is responsible for all or part of the administration of the Group Health Plan.
