Examples of ASI Sub-Group in a sentence

  • ASI shall calculate and invoice Logility for the fee payable, and Logility will pay the invoiced amount in a manner consistent with the invoice and payment procedures provided for in that certain Services Agreement, between ASI, certain members of the ASI Sub-Group, and Logility, dated of even date herewith.
