ASHRAE Standards definition

ASHRAE Standards means the standards defining the best practice energy performance requirements.
ASHRAE Standards means those standards established by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE) and Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180-2008, as the same may be amended from time to time. All cleaning and janitorial services, including regular removal of trash and debris, for the Premises shall be performed and obtained, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, exclusively by or through Tenant or Tenant’s janitorial contractors. The maintenance contractor and janitorial contractor and the contracts for same must be approved in writing by Landlord in advance. All maintenance/service contracts shall include all services recommended by the equipment manufacturer within the operation/maintenance manual and all services required to conform and maintain the HVAC in compliance with current ASHRAE Standards, and shall become effective (and a copy thereof delivered to Landlord) within thirty (30) days following the date Tenant takes possession of the Premises. Landlord reserves the right, upon notice to Tenant, to procure and maintain any or all of such service contracts, and if Landlord so elects, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, as Additional Rent, upon demand, for the cost therefor.
ASHRAE Standards means those standards established by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (“ASHRAE”) and Air Conditioning Contractors of America (“ACCA”) Standard Practice for Inspection and Maintenance of Commercial Building HVAC Systems, ANSI/ASHRAE/ACCA Standard 180-2008, as the same may be amended from time to time. Tenant shall have complete control over the operation of the HVAC units within the Premises, or which exclusively serve the Premises, during the Term. All cleaning and janitorial services, including regular removal of trash and debris, for the Premises shall be performed and obtained, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, exclusively by or through Tenant or Tenant’s janitorial contractors. The maintenance contractor and janitorial contractor for same must be approved in writing by Landlord in advance, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All maintenance/service contracts shall include all services recommended by the equipment manufacturer within the operation/maintenance manual and all services required to conform and maintain the HVAC in compliance with current ASHRAE Standards and shall become effective (and a copy thereof delivered to Landlord) within thirty (30) days following the Commencement Date. If Tenant fails to procure and maintain any or all of such service contacts, then Landlord reserves the right, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Tenant and Tenant’s failure to cure prior to the expiration of such notice period, to procure and maintain any or all of such service contracts, and if Landlord so elects, Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, as Additional Rent, within thirty (30) days following written demand, for the cost therefor.

Examples of ASHRAE Standards in a sentence

  • Such repair and maintenance shall include any and all services required to conform and maintain the HVAC units in compliance with current ASHRAE Standards.
