ASHI definition

ASHI means American Safety and Health Institute.
ASHI means Activant Solutions Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its successors and assigns. “Beneficial ownership” and “beneficially own” and similar terms have the meaning set forth in Rule 13d-3 under the Exchange Act; provided, however that (i) no Stockholder shall be deemed to beneficially own any securities of the Company held by any other Stockholder solely by virtue of the provisions of this Agreement (other than this definition) and (ii) with respect to any Securities held by a Stockholder that are exercisable for, or convertible into, Shares upon delivery of consideration to the Company, such Shares shall not be deemed to be beneficially owned by such Stockholder unless, until and to the extent such Securities have been exercised or converted and such consideration has been delivered by such Stockholder to the Company.

  • The rights of Indemnitee to receive indemnification and advancement of expenses under this agreement shall not be deemed exclusive of any other rights to which Indemnitee may at any time be entitled under applicable law, the Bylaws of either ASHI or ASI, or any other agreement, vote of stockholders or a resolution of directors, or otherwise.

  • The following limitations are in addition to the ASHI standards of practice; if there any differences between the ASHI standards of practice and this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.

  • Renewal of License will be subject to this ASHI I DO Collection Jeweler Account License & Terms of Use Agreement and the Payment Plans as per the ASHI I DO Collection Jeweler Account Request Form as applicable at the time of renewal.

  • Inspections are done in accordance with the ASHI Standards, are visual, and are not technically exhaustive.
