Ash Content Maximum shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

Examples of Ash Content Maximum in a sentence

  • For example, if the Ash Contamination Factor in effect were three (3) percentage points, and the In-situ Ash Content were nine (9) percentage points, the Ash Content Maximum would be fourteen (14) percentage points, and if the Ash Contamination Factor in effect were two (2) percentage points and the In-situ Ash Content were nine (9) percentage points, the Ash Content Maximum would be thirteen-and-one-half (13 ½) percentage points.

  • If, on a daily basis, the quality of lignite delivered to the Delivery Point has a daily average As-Delivered, As­ Received Basis ash content exceeding the Ash Content Maximum, such quantity delivered during that Day shall be deemed “Non-conforming Lignite.” An example calculation of the Ash Content Maximum is set forth in Exhibit J.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
