Ash Content definition

Ash Content means the inert residual portion of a fuel.
Ash Content means the total ash content of Coal expressed as a percent (%) of total weight of a Coal sample and measured on an ARB in accordance with ASTM Test Standard D3174-11 (as the same may be amended, revised, modified or supplemented from time to time).
Ash Content or “Equilibrated Ash” means determination/computation of ash equilibrated at 60% relative humidity (RH) and 40 degree Celsius, as per the relevant provisions of IS 1350 or amendment thereof.
