ASFIC CMP definition

ASFIC CMP means Motorola’s audio processing integrated circuit identified as of the Effective Date as the “ASFIC CMP” and “ASFIC IC” integrated circuit and including, but not limited to, the “ASFIC CMP” and “ASFIC IC” integrated circuit having part nos. including, but not limited to, 5185130C53 and 510585U45.
