ASF Note definition
ASF Note means the Promissory Note of even date herewith, in an amount equal to the Loan Amount, made by ASF to the order of Borrower and collaterally assigned and negotiated by Borrower to the order of Lender, as the same may from time to time be extended, amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified.
