Ascertained Liability definition
Ascertained Liability has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.1.3 of Part 2 of the Schedule; Business Stream Net Assets means the net asset value of Business Stream immediately following the transfer of assets and liabilities pursuant to Clause 2 on the Initial Transfer Date, determined in accordance with the Initial Transfer Balance Sheet;
