ASB General Terms definition

ASB General Terms means the corporate banking general terms and conditions dated 29 March 2010, as amended or restated from time to time, between Radius Care, the Guarantors (as that term is defined in the ASB General Terms) and the ASB.

Related to ASB General Terms

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • Extended Terms shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • FIA Terms and Conditions means the supplemental terms and conditions relating to the School's fees in advance scheme;
