  • Each of the parties hereto shall be entitled to conclusively rely on actions taken by the AS Group Representative for purposes of actions to be taken by or on behalf of the American Securities Group, and each member of the American Securities Group, pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Procedure is binding for all companies, including companies and units of Latvenergo AS Group.
