As-constructed definition
As-constructed means the final status after successful completion of all testing, commissioning and performance runs and shall reflect all final control settings. Normally, as-constructed drawings and schedules shall be submitted no longer than 30 days after completion of performance testing; however, this period shall be reviewed and agreed with the DoU Staff on a project by project basis.
As-constructed. Drawings shall mean the Design/Contract and Shop Drawings incorporating all revisions, field changes and as-built surveys that occur during the construction phase of the work. Refer to PEO Guideline ‘Preparing As-Built and Record Documents.’
