As-Built Documentation definition

As-Built Documentation means a final set of Design and Engineering Documents that has been updated to accurately and clearly depict the as- built conditions of each of the Selected ECMs to be implemented under this Contract, including any supplemental details, drawings, or plans that are necessary to demonstrate the location of each Selected ECM, its relation to Premises, and any information necessary for making future alternations, connections or upgrades to the Selected ECM, such as power supplies and interconnecting wiring between units, installation of accessories, and appurtenances.
As-Built Documentation means the complete coordinated and unified set of working drawings, specifications, studies, and reports depicting the Project as constructed upon Final Completion thereof, and including, inter alia, the Design and Construction Documents, redlined/clouded to show all field changes (as well as a clean version of the same), and all approved shop drawings and change orders.
As-Built Documentation means the reports of the as-laid results, reports and results of the as-built situation from the protective measures on the crossing and associated surveys in the Laying Area which shall be prepared by the Crossing Party when the Crossing Cable has been laid and installed in the Laying Area. The term shall include any required update of the as-laid results and associated surveys required as a result of the need for repair work revealed in such initial as-laid results and associated surveys.

  • As-Built Documentation shall be prepared by the Contractor and delivered to the Employer for examination and approval successively, consistently with the progress in the implementation of Works, taking into consideration the acceptances of Works to be covered and subject to cover up, and other Works subject to Partial Acceptances.

  • Upon final completion, FGMA shall receive from the Construction Manager Owner Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Warrantees, and As-Built Documentation and forward to the Owner.

Related to As-Built Documentation

  • ISM Code Documentation means, in relation to a Vessel, the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) issued by a Classification Society pursuant to the ISM Code in relation to that Vessel within the periods specified by the ISM Code;
