As and When Required definition
As and When Required means when and where goods and/or services are needed, at the sole discretion of the District, to meet its operational requirements;
As and When Required means the City will utilise the services of the panel to address its needs and requirements as dictated by its appetite driven by its business requirements, risk, audit coverage plans, City Manager and Executive Mayor mandates requiring executions as determined from time to time by the CAE, in particular and City in general. No perpetual work, no ever green contract and no permanent contract. SLA’s will drive specifically each requirements or collection of requires as and when required basis.
As and When Required means an order for work when the municipality requires the work or services to be performed.
