Artworks means the works in the collections of Art Licensor, which shall be specified in a written addendum(a) to this Agreement and shall be subject to this Agreement and to any additional terms set forth in any such addendum(a).

Artworks refers to paintings; engravings; printed photographs; picture; hangings; glass or crystal art of great rarity; stained glass windows; valuable carpets; statues; sculptures; antique furniture; antique jewelry; small artistic objects of little value; porcelain and similar goods of great rarity, historical value or artistic merit. “Works of Art” do not include automobiles, coins, stamps, other collectibles, collections, furs, jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, boats, planes, money or securities.

• The Artist reserves all rights to the reproduction of the Artworks except as noted in writing to the contrary.

• All proceeds from the sale of the Artworks shall be held in trust for the Artist.

Artworks means any physical artwork, or NFT (also referred to as an “Artwork NFT”) or other digital files containing or pointing to data, text, graphics, articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, video or other and other items of content or technology created by Artist, with or without the technical assistance of 1XRUN, offered for sale on 1XRUN.

Artworks means the artwork identified on Attachment 2 of this Agreement, as may be amended from time to time by the parties in writing.
