To the extent applicable, all Packaging Information, including Packaging Information resulting from an Artwork Change, which contains the name of Brammer or its Affiliates (other than solely identifying Brammer or its Affiliates or their Approved Vendors as the manufacturer or supplier of the Product) shall be subject to the approval of Brammer.
