Artist Contracts definition
Artist Contracts means all contracts, agreements, binding arrangements, written or oral, associated with artists’ fees, artists’ performances, planning and organizing artists’ events, and producing artists’ events that the Company executes in the ordinary course of business.

MANAGEMENT will advise AGMA of ARTISTS under contract no later than June 30 each year and in this connection MANAGEMENT will deliver AGMA copies of Individual Artists Contracts to AGMA no later than six (6) weeks prior to the ARTIST’S first performance or five days after the Artist’s Individual Artist Contract(s) is executed, whichever is later.
Each Acquired Company has performed in all material respects the terms, covenants and conditions on its part contained in all Company Contracts (including without limitation all Artist Contracts, Production/Label Contracts and Music Publishing Contracts) which are required to be performed on or prior to the Closing Date.
