Artisan Shop definition

Artisan Shop means a shop in which goods are custom-prepared, displayed, or sold in small quantities that are often one of a kind items. A portion of the sale of such products may occur off the premises. The use may also include the production, incidental storage, display, and sale of such goods or may be a place where a small number of persons are engaged in arts and crafts activities in a class or studio.

  • Pet shop means a place where animals are sold or offered for sale, exchange, or transfer.

Temporary association with a local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer, or conduct of such transient business in connection with, as a part of, or in the name of any local merchant, dealer, trader, or auctioneer shall not exempt any person, firm, or corporation from being considered a transient merchant.
