Examples of Artifax in a sentence

  • Any notice or other communication given to a Party under or in connection with the Agreement shall be by email, using the email addresses regularly used in communications between Artifax and the Customer.

  • Artifax may at any time assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement.

  • If the Services do not conform with the foregoing undertaking, Artifax will, at its expense, use all reasonable commercial endeavors to correct any such non-conformance promptly, or provide the Customer with an alternative means of accomplishing the desired performance.

  • Artifax shall evaluate such request for additional User Subscriptions and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request.

  • The Customer acknowledges that it may be unable to access the Software until installation and initial setup has been completed by Artifax.
