Any notice or other communication given to a Party under or in connection with the Agreement shall be by email, using the email addresses regularly used in communications between Artifax and the Customer.
Artifax may at any time assign, transfer, charge, sub-contract or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement.
