Articles sold definition

Articles sold means all and any Article(s) sold, leased put into use by or otherwise disposed of by the Licensee or any sub-licensee and all references to "sell", "sale", "sold" or similar shall be construed accordingly where the context so requires or admits.

  • Licensee shall cooperate with Licensor, in connection with the filing and the prosecution by Licensor of applications to register or renew the Licensed ▇▇▇▇ for Articles sold hereunder in each jurisdiction in the Territory where Licensee has reasonably requested the same.

  • Licensee shall provide UA a complete sales report for each Licensed Article sold during the Term or renewal period, including total units of Licensed Articles sold, the gross amount received, and the specific location where such sales were made.

  • Articles sold to CSU may be exempt from certain Federal Excise Taxes.
