ARTIC Facility definition

ARTIC Facility means the main transportation terminal building to be constructed at the Project Site.
ARTIC Facility is defined in Recital A above.
ARTIC Facility means the structure being constructed at the Project Site. “City” means the City of Anaheim, California.
