Arteris means Arteris S.A., identified in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • In this case, Buyer, STP, and the Subsidiaries shall have the right to keep up with, at their own expenses, the defense of the Existing Lawsuits Group B and the Existing Lawsuits Group C that come to be assumed by CCR, Ivan, FIP Venice, Raízen, GSMP and Arteris.
