Art Budget definition

Art Budget means a budgeted amount of 2% of 5 the Public Contribution to the Project, for public art for the Project required by the City Code 6 and any applicable intergovernmental agreements and implementing ordinances (the “Art 7 Program”). The amount of the Art Budget is a Project Cost.
