INSPECTION: Tenant acknowledges that Lessor will provide Tenant with an Arrival Inspection Form prior to Tenant taking possession of the Premises.
Tenant agrees that failure to return the Arrival Inspection Form within five (5) days of taking possession of the Premises shall mean that the Tenant has inspected the Premises and agrees that the Premises is accepted and is without any defects.
