ARRAY PRODUCTS means the Arrays listed and described in EXHIBIT A to this Agreement. *MATERIAL HAS BEEN OMITTED PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT, AND SUCH MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SEC.
