The Arq Year-End Financial Statements have been prepared in accordance with IFRS applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved (except as may be indicated in the notes thereto) and fairly present in all material respects the consolidated financial position of Arq and its Subsidiaries at the respective dates thereof and the results of their operations and cash flows for the periods indicated.
