Aroa Agreement definition
Aroa Agreement means that certain Second Amended and Restated License, Product Development and Supply Umbrella Agreement, dated as of July 16, 2015 by and between Aroa Biosurgery Limited and TELA Bio as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date of this Agreement or hereafter in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
