ARO Customer definition
ARO Customer means any non-distributor that elects to participate in an Automatic Re-Ordering/purchase of products where products are automatically shipped to such customer on a monthly basis pursuant to a standing order. In the event of violation of this policy, the Company shall have the right to take such actions as it determines to be appropriate based on the facts and circumstances of the case, including moving a distributor who was an ARO Customer back under the original sponsor of such ARO Customer.
