Army Corps definition

Army Corps means the United States Army Corps of Engineers, a federal agency.
Army Corps has the meaning provided in the definition of Requirements hereof. “Assignment of Construction Contract” has the meaning provided in Section 16.05(b) hereof.
Army Corps or “USACOE” shall mean United States Army Corps of Engineers and its agents and representatives.
