Examples of ARMLS in a sentence

  • A copy of this Policy can be found on the ARMLS website (ARMLS.com).

  • ARMLS may refuse to publish information that may create legal liability.

  • ARMLS shall not publish or disclose in any manner the total negotiated commission on any Listing that is FWA.

  • If the alleged offense is a violation of the ARMLS Rules and does not involve a charge of alleged violation of one or more of the provisions of Sections 7.5 (Standards of Conduct) of these Rules or a request for arbitration, ARMLS shall consider the alleged violation pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 14 hereof.

  • Neither ARMLS nor the Associations verify the information that is provided by the Subscribers and both ARMLS and the Associations disclaim any responsibility for its accuracy.

  • A negative regulatory role of the RD was shown when the overexpression of the RD inhibited virus-induced IFN- induction209.

  • Arm s length transaction” means a transaction between two related parties that is conducted as if they were unrelated, so that there is no conflict of interest.

  • Arm’s Length has the meaning ascribed to such term for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada);

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • business vertical means a distinguishable component of an enterprise that is engaged in the supply of individual goods or services or a group of related goods or services which is subject to risks and returns that are different from those of the other business verticals.

  • Between merchants means in any transaction with respect to which both parties are chargeable with the knowledge or skill of merchants.

  • CAISO-Approved Meter means any revenue quality, electric energy measurement meter furnished by Seller, that (a) is designed, manufactured and installed in accordance with the CAISO’s metering requirements, or, to the extent that the CAISO’s metering requirements do not apply, Prudent Electrical Practices, and (b) includes all of the associated metering transformers and related appurtenances that are required in order to measure the net electric energy output from the Generating Facility.

  • Low terrain means any area other than high terrain.

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Household product means any consumer product that is primarily designed to be used inside or outside of living quarters or residences that are occupied or intended for occupation by individuals, including the immediate surroundings.

  • Non-Retail Behind The Meter Generation means Behind the Meter Generation that is used by municipal electric systems, electric cooperatives, or electric distribution companies to serve load.

  • Behind The Meter Generation shall refer to a generation unit that delivers energy to load without using the Transmission System or any distribution facilities (unless the entity that owns or leases the distribution facilities has consented to such use of the distribution facilities and such consent has been demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Office of the Interconnection); provided, however, that Behind The Meter Generation does not include (i) at any time, any portion of such generating unit’s capacity that is designated as a Generation Capacity Resource; or (ii) in an hour, any portion of the output of such generating unit that is sold to another entity for consumption at another electrical location or into the PJM Interchange Energy Market.

  • Arm’s Length Transaction means a transaction between two related parties that is conducted as if they were unrelated, so that there is no conflict of interest.

  • Significant Customers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Customers means such brokerage or other customers or investment advisory or other clients of a Recipient, and/or accounts as to which such Recipient provides administrative support services or is a custodian or other fiduciary.

  • Open burning means the combustion of any material without the following characteristics:
