ARMIS definition

ARMIS means the most current ARMIS 4308 report issued by the FCC.
ARMIS means the Automated Reporting Management Information System of the Federal Communications Commission.

  • The list of additional “non-impaired” wire centers as designated by BellSouth shall reflect the number of business lines, as of December 31 of the previous year based upon its ARMIS 43 08 data filed with the FCC and/or shall reflect the current number of FBCs in each wire center, as applicable, and to the extent BellSouth relies upon such information to make its designation.

  • WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ARMIS AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO CUSTOMER THAT CUSTOMER’S USE OF THE PLATFORM ASSETS DURING THE FREE EVALUATION PERIOD OR BETA PROGRAM USAGE WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS, OR THAT ANY DATA PROVIDED DURING THE FREE EVALUATION PERIOD WILL BE ACCURATE.

  • The annual threshold shall be re-calculated on the first business day of the calendar year when updated ARMIS data is made publicly available.

Related to ARMIS
