  • Except as expressly permitted by this License, you and your Permitted Users shall NOT copy, modify, sub-license, redistribute or otherwise use any component of the Arm Tools.

  • You agree that, except as expressly provided to the contrary in the relevant Redistributables File, you may only copy the Arm Tools (or any component thereof) to the extent that such copying is incidental to the permitted uses set out in this clause 1.2, including installation, backup and execution.

  • This information will not be shared with any third parties, and shall be used by Arm only for the purpose of Arm protecting its legitimate interests, which may include Arm verifying your right to use the Arm Tools and monitoring your compliance with the permitted uses and restrictions set out in this License.
